14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If JoomVote did not work as expected, a feature you needed is missing, or you experienced a technical issue that could not be resolved, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Please note: refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind without a specific reason related to the product.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support(at)joomvote.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number or the email address used at checkout, along with a brief description of the issue. We will process your request within 3 business days.
The actual refund is processed by Freemius, Inc., our Merchant of Record, and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment method.
Subscription Renewals
If your subscription has auto-renewed and you did not intend to renew, please contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge. We will issue a full refund for the renewal.
Conditions
- Refunds are available for purchases made within the last 14 days.
- Only one refund per customer per product.
- After a refund, your license key will be deactivated.
- Refunds are not available for purchases older than 14 days, except for renewal charges as described above.
- Refunds are not granted solely due to a change of mind without a product-related reason.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers in the EU and EEA have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content (software licenses), this right expires once you have expressly agreed during checkout that delivery begins immediately and acknowledged that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal upon receipt of your license key (as required by Art. 16(m) of the Directive).
This consent is collected during the Freemius checkout process. As Freemius, Inc. acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases, Freemius's Terms of Service govern the transaction and include all legally required consumer disclosures.
Our 14-day satisfaction guarantee is a voluntary offer that goes beyond your statutory rights in cases where the statutory right of withdrawal has been waived.
